Culture has been my work for almost two decades. People have always been the interesting part.

I'm Moné Clay, founder of EVOLVEX.

I've spent my career working across employee experience, organisational effectiveness, culture, engagement, leadership and change management, helping organisations understand what's happening beneath the surface and turn those insights into action.

I've worked inside complex organisations, alongside executives and leadership teams, and across different countries and cultures.

I don't believe organisations need more culture jargon. They need clarity on what's happening, courage to address it and practical ways to shift it.

My family and I recently relocated to Melbourne. When I’m not exploring my new surroundings, I'm facilitating engagements, coaching clients, reading something interesting, or spending time outdoors in a magical nearby forest with my wonderful husband and amazing 2-legged (and 4-legged) children.
